基于种植户调研的靖远县枸杞产业发展对策研究

为做好甘肃省靖远县枸杞产业发展工作,在问卷调查与实地访谈结合的基础上,从种植户视角,分析了靖远县枸杞产业品种结构、投入产出、销售渠道等情况。研究显示,虽然枸杞产业的经济效益相对其他农业经济作物较高,但由于枸杞种植户的文化程度和种植技术水平较低,枸杞产业的发展面临劳动力短缺、加工水平不高、销售渠道不畅、特色产品品牌不突出等问题,拉低了整体枸杞产业的经济效益。因此,从提高枸杞产业发展技术水平、推进枸杞生产经营组织化程度及多渠道扩展枸杞销售市场三个方面提出了发展建议。

Development Countermeasures of Lycium Industry in Jingyuan County Based on Farmer Survey

In order to further develop lycium industry in Jingyuan County, Gansu Province, this paper analyzes varieties structure, input-output and sales channels of lycium industry in Jingyuan County from the perspective of farmers on the basis of questionnaire survey and field interview. Research shows that although the economic benefits of lycium industry are higher than other agricultural crops, because of farmers'' low levels of culture and lycium planting technology, there are some problems such as labor shortage, low level of processing, poor sales channels, non-prominent characteristic product brand in the development of lycium industry, which lower the economic benefits of the whole lycium industry. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward for lycium industry development from three aspects of improving the technical level, promoting the organization degree of production and management, and expanding the sales market through multiple channels.
