脆枣贮运生物力学特性测试及分析

摘    要:恰当的运输装箱策略能够使脆枣免受机械损伤,提高运输质量。针对脆枣在运输过程中的振动跌落损伤状况,提出对山东德州乐陵金丝小枣进行整果压缩试验,测量脆枣含水率,分析整果横向、纵向破损载荷与破裂相对形变量之间的关系,获取鲜枣运输过程中的最佳叠放安全层数。试验结果表明,金丝小枣的平均含水率为62.90%;脆枣纵向压缩的加载载荷和形变量均大于横向压缩;储运过程中宜选择垂直于箱体放置,可堆码的最大安全层数为16层。

Measurement and analysis of biomechanical characteristics of crisp jujube in storage and transportation
Abstract:Proper packing strategy can prevent mechanical damage and improve transportation quality. According to the vibration drop damage condition of jujube during transportation, the compression test of whole fruit was carried out on jujube of Dezhou, the moisture content of jujube was measured, the relationship between the transverse and longitudinal damage load and the relative shape of fracture was analyzed, and the best safety layer of crisp jujube during transportation was obtained. The results showed that the average water content of jujube was 62.90%; the loading load and shape variables of longitudinal compression of brittle date are larger than those of transverse compression; and the maximum number of safety layers that could be stacked in the storage and transportation process was 16 layers.
