摘    要:以2a生澳洲坚果幼苗为实验材料,研究在磷胁迫条件下植株生长,叶片SOD、POD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果表明在低磷胁迫条件下,植株的叶面积、株高和生长量受抑制,叶片的SOD和POD活性下降,MDA含量升高;高磷胁迫下叶片的SOD活性下降,POD活性上升,MDA含量升高但与常磷差异不显著。说明澳洲坚果叶片对低磷胁迫较敏感,具有一定的耐高磷胁迫能力。

Abstract:The changes of activities of protective enzymes (superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and MDA contents in the leaves of two-year old macadamia seedlings under phosphorus stress were analyzed. The results showed that the leaf area and plant height and growth were inhibited under the low-phosphorus stress, and that the activities of leaf SOD and POD decreased while the leaf MDA content increased. However, under high-phosphorus stress the leaf SOD activity decreased, POD activity increased, and MDA contents increased, which is not significant as compared to that under normal phosphorus treatment. This indicated that macadamia leaves are sensitive under the low-phosphorus stress but somewhat tolerant to high-phosphorus stress.
