不同措施对贮存青引1号燕麦种子萌发的影响

通过对青海省畜牧兽医科学院草原所种质资源常温库贮存的2003—2008年的青引1号燕麦种子，进行培养皿垫滤纸、育苗钵土埋和育苗钵砂埋发芽试验，在第3d测定发芽势、第9d测定发芽率和发芽指数。综合各项指标不同措施处理发芽率应优先选择育苗钵砂埋法；且常温条件下青引1号燕麦种子最适宜贮存的年限为2—3年。
