转基因林木生物安全性评价及管理研究

摘    要:近年来基因工程技术被引入林木育种领域中,研制成功的转基因林木却因生物安全性问题等诸多因素限制,使其潜在经济价值开发利用较缓慢。本文综述了转基因林木研制及安全性评价的现状,总结了国内外转基因生物安全管理的经验,强调了转基因林木安全管理应结合林木自身特点,尽可能发挥转基因林木的经济价值。

Abstract:The application of transgenic technology in forestry breeding conquers the shortage of traditional breeding.But today the values of genetically modified(GM) trees have not been exploited completely,and there are some debates on GM trees.This paper overviewed the great advances of GM trees,and the regulations of GM trees both in China and abroad.And it should be addressed that the regulations of GM trees must be based on their biology.
