小麦白粉病拮抗细菌的分离筛选

摘    要:从沈阳、丹东、东港、吉林等地采集土样,采用土壤稀释法分离得到73株细菌,经孢子萌发抑制试验、离体叶药效试验筛选出8株对小麦白粉病菌有拮抗作用的菌株。通过盆栽试验研究了8个菌株对小麦白粉病的生防效果,其中菌株SN1、SN11的治疗效果分别为83.81%、73.53%,预防效果分别为91.72%、87.78%。

Abstract:Soil samples were collected from the city of Shenyang,Jilin,Dandong and Donggang.From these samples,a total of 73 strains were isolated by dilution-plate method.According to the ability to inhibit asexual spore germination on bearing glass and to curb the disease development on detached wheat leaves,8 strains were selected.The biocontrol assay to the disease at seedling stage demonstrated that 2 of the 8 antagonists showed significant control effect.For strains SN1 and SN11,the curative effects were 83.81% and 73.53% and the preventive effects were 91.72% and 87.78%.
