摘    要:选用对野燕麦有强致病力的候选优势菌株燕麦镰孢GD 2和多孢木霉HZ 31作为亲本,采用原生质体融合技术进行菌株改良,通过野燕麦种子萌发的抑制效果及温室抑草活性作用筛选出性状优异的融合子。结果表明,获得的3个性状各异的融合子进行离体生测后,融合子R2对野燕麦种子萌发的抑制效果显著高于燕麦镰孢GD 2,而与多孢木霉HZ 31的效果相当,盆栽致病力测定时融合子R1对野燕麦的鲜质量防效值高于双亲菌株,达68.03%。选用两种不同作用机制的生防菌株作为亲本进行融合,筛选获得防效优于亲本的微生物融合菌株R1。

Abstract:The potential bio control strains Trichoderma polysporum HZ 31 and Fusarium sp.GD 2 which could cause high virulence to wild oat were selected as parental protoplasts, and protoplast fusion was used to improve the control effects by screening new fusants based on their inhibition effects on the wild oat seeds germination and pathogenicity to wild oat.The result showed that three fusants which were different from their parent strains were obtained.Inhibition rate of fusant strain R2 to the germination of wild oat seeds was similar to HZ 31, but higher than GD 2.The fresh mass control efficiency of fusant strain R1 to wild oat was 68.03% in greenhouse test, which was higher than parent strains.As a conclusion, two bio control strains with different control mechanisms were selected as the parents to make fusants, a new fusion strains R1 with better control effects was screened out.
