摘    要:针对客车车身结构概念设计的特点,开发了客车车身结构概念设计与优化系统(简称BCD),建立了参数化的客车车身结构概念模型.以该模型为模板,实现了新客车车身结构概念几何模型的创建和车身尺寸参数调整,同时建立了车身系统的静态刚度分析、低阶模态分析、灵敏度计算和优化设计计算的自动化过程,对车身的结构性能和低阶模态进行了有效的预估.最后,本文使用该系统计算了某客车车身结构的刚度和低阶模态,并在保证车身质量降低的情况下实现了刚度和低阶模态的提高,有效的改善该车身结构性能,实现了车身轻量化,验证了BCD系统的有效性和可靠性.

System of Design and Optimization System for Bus Body Structure Based on Concept Design
Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the conceptual design of bus body structure, a bus body structure conceptual design and optimization system was developed, and a parameterized bus body structure conceptual model was constructed. With the model of the conceptual model as the template, the new bus body structure conceptual geometric model can be created and body size parameters can also be adjusted. This system can implement static stiffness analysis, low modes analysis, sensitivity calculation and optimization design for the body with automation process. Therefore, the body structure performance and lower order mode performance can be evaluated effectively. Finally, the paper showed a case of analysis. The case calculated the body structure stiffness and the low modes of a bus, and improved the stiffness and low modes by ensuring the quality of the body invariable, which improved the body structure performance, and realized the body lightweight. The case has verified the reliability and effect of the system.
