摘    要:为了解丛枝菌根真菌(AM真菌)对长果颈黄芪植物生长与主要活性成分含量的影响,通过设立室内接种AM真菌、不接种AM真菌以及室外自然状态下3个处理组,以植物生物量、毛蕊异黄酮和黄芪甲苷含量等为指标,考察AM真菌对长果颈黄芪植物品质的影响。结果表明,AM真菌对长果颈黄芪的地上部分和地下部分的生物量没有太大影响,但对根中黄酮类和皂苷类成分含量有显著影响,AM真菌与长果颈黄芪中的黄酮类和皂苷类成分含量呈正相关。AM真菌的施用能够提高长果颈黄芪的植物药用品质。

Abstract:In order to better understand the influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi infection on the growth and contents of major active compounds of Astragalus englerianus,three different treatments of plant groups including indoor inoculation with AM fungi, non-inoculation with AM fungi, and field natural growth were used to evaluate the effects on the plant quality by measuring the plant biomass and the contents of calycosin and astragaloside. The results showed AM fungi could not significantly change the biomass of both aerial and underground parts of A. englerianus, but AM fungi showed great impact on the contents of flavonoids and saponins in root of A. englerianus. The contents of flavonoids and saponins in root of A. englerianus were positively correlated with AM fungi, which indicated that the infection of AM fungi could effectively improve the medicinal quality of A. englerianus.
