基于SOA的气象水文保障数据共享与交换平台设计

“社会敌意”作为一个解析当下我国社会冲突与群体事件的工具性概念，引起犯罪学界很大争议。在犯罪学范畴体系中，从整体论角度看，这一范畴定位上需明晰三个维度：犯罪本源抑或犯罪具体原因范畴、犯罪学范畴还是社会学范畴、主要解释有组织性（群体性）事件还是个体性事件的基础性概念。在此基础，回应学界：该范畴定位为冲突现实所激发的特定犯罪问题的的原因概念，应“标定”在特定的社会语境下、明确对现实特定犯罪现象所指涉的具体内涵。

Meteo-hra Data Share and Exchange Platform Based on SOA

To meet the needs of frequent interaction of Meteorological and hydrological supporting data, based on internal transport network of Army, using technology of Web Service and Enterprise Service Bus, we build a service-oriented architecture for data sharing and exchange platform, through which achieve the purpose of data exchange and information sharing for multi-level of cross Military region and the services and arms.
