科技园区企业创新系统的管理熵研究

摘    要:达成耗散结构状态是系统有序发展的前提。科技园区企业创新系统的内部熵流可被分为职能关系熵、资源整合熵、人力激励熵、过程控制熵四种类型,这四种熵的持续累积会导致熵增效应的产生,致使系统呈现出走向无序的倾向。系统应当从外部环境引入负熵流并达到临界条件方能减少内部的正熵、促使系统向有序方向发展。

Abstract:Dissipative structure status is the foundatin of system orderly development. Internal entropy flow of enterprise innovation system in science and technology park can be divided into "function relationship entropy, resource integration entropy, human incentive entropy, process control entropy" four types, and continued accumulation of these four entropy will lead to the generation of entropy increasing effect, and it will result in the disorderly tendency of system. Sufficient negative entropy flow should be introduced into the system from the environment and meet the critical condition in order to reduce the positive entropy and promote orderly development.
