刈割时期对天山雪莲有效成分质量分数的影响

摘    要:采用生物技术和植物学相结合的方法,在新疆乌鲁木齐市就刈割农艺措施对天山雪莲化学成分的影响进行研究,旨在揭示不同月份和年际间天山雪莲总黄酮和多糖质量分数的变化,为天山雪莲刈割时期确定提供依据。结果表明,天山雪莲刈割后具有很强的再生能力,一年可刈割4~5次;不同刈割时期天山雪莲有效成分质量分数均较高;可以采用刈割的手段获得较高生物量和化学成分产量。天山雪莲总黄酮质量分数在5月份最高,其次是7月;而其多糖质量分数在6月份最高,8月份次之。如以提取黄酮为目的,建议5月份对天山雪莲进行刈割利用。天山雪莲中总黄酮、绿原酸的质量分数随其生长年限的增加总体呈增加趋势。

Abstract:In order to reveal the changes of flavonoids and polysaccharide content in Saussurea involucrata under different months or years and provide a basis for determination of harvest time, the influence of the mowing measures on the chemical composition of S.involucrata was studied in Urumqi, Xinjiang using the method of biotechnology and botany. The results showed that S.involucrata has strong regeneration ability after mowing and can be mown four to five times in a year.The measure of mowing can make the longer growth period plants get higher biomass and higher production of chemical compounds. Total flavonoids content in S. involucrate was in the highest level in May, and followed in July, while its polysaccharide content was in the highest level in June and then in August. Thus, it is the best time in May to mow for the purpose of harvesting flavonoids, and it is the best time in June and August to mow and use polysaccharide. In addition, total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content in S. involucrata increased with the increase of its growing years generally.
