Since its establishment,the Productivity Promotion Center has developed multiple services,among which the Consultation&Diagnosis service has,through its ongoing development,become one important method in providing services for small-and-medium sized enterprises(SMEs).The Consultation Service has its own advantages and disadvantages.In face of the rapid development of science and technology service industry,the Productivity Promotion Center faces both opportunities and challenges in conducting Consultation&Diagnosis service.Bassed on the evaluationg model developed on the SWOT methodology,this paper intends to clarify the main influential elements and offers the detailed roadmap of its development in the future.
