甘肃省蔬菜根结线虫种群鉴定及其对主栽品种的致病性测定

摘    要:对甘肃省6个蔬菜主产区的根结线虫发生与危害程度进行系统调查,根结线虫在各主产区均大量发生,土样中根结线虫检出率为58.02%。采用雌虫会阴花纹形态、Mdh Est同工酶以及ITS PCR技术,将采自甘肃省内13种蔬菜上的18个根结线虫种群鉴定为两类,在茄子与芹菜上发生花生根结线虫(Meloidogyne arenaria),其余作物上均为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita),南方根结线虫占检测种群的88.89%。在田间进行9大类共23个蔬菜主栽品种和嫁接砧木的根结线虫抗性鉴定,参试辣椒品种、番茄品种“金鹏M215”和茄子砧木“托鲁巴姆”在田间未发生根结线虫病害,其余蔬菜各品种均为感病类型。

Abstract:Systematic investigation on occurrence and damage of root knot nematodes was conducted for 6 of the main vegetable production areas in Gansu province. The results showed that vegetables diseases caused by root knot nematodes have a high incidence and 58.02% soil samples were detected the occurrence of the pests. Based on female perineal pattern, Mdh Est isozyme and ITS PCR technology, 18 Meloidogyne species were divided into two categories on 13 kinds of vegetables collected from Gansu. The root knot nematodes detected in eggplant and celery are Meloidogyne arenaria, the nematodes from other crops are Meloidogyne incognita, which represents 88.89% of the tested populations. Field resistance test to the pests was carried out for a total of 9 categories and 23 vegetable cultivars and rootstocks. All pepper varieties, tomato variety Jinpeng M215 and eggplant rootstock Tuolubamu are resistant and the others are all susceptible.
