| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了以甲醇 水为流动相，采用C18不锈钢柱，230nm检测波长，对三唑酮、苯甲酸、水杨酸混合物进行液相色谱定量分析的方法。该方法的标准偏差分别为0．027、0．029、0．048；变异系数分别为0．24％、0．67％、0．74％；线性相关系数分别为0．9999、0．9999、0．9999；平均回收率分别为99．82％、100．39％、100．17％。

| Abstract: | This paper reported a specific quantitative analytical method for mixture of triadimefon. benzoic acid.salicylic acid by reverse phase HPLC using methanol water as mobile phase, C18 column and 230nm wavelength detection. The results showed that the standard deviations were 0.027, 0.029, 0.048; the coefficients of variation were 0.24% , 0.67% , 0.74% ; the linear correlations were 0.9999 , 0.9999, 0.9999 and recoveries were 99.82% , 100.39%, 100.17% respectively. |
