南抗杨叶片快速繁殖体系的建立

摘    要:以南抗杨叶片为材料,对其快繁体系进行研究。选用9种分化培养基、4种增殖培养基和6种生根培养基,研究不同激素组合对快速繁殖体系建立的影响。结果表明,适宜的诱导分化培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+KT 0.1 mg·L-1;丛生芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.2 mg·L-1+NAA 0.3 mg·L-1+KT 0.1 mg·L-1;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.01 mg·L-1。

Abstract:This paper developed fast reproduction system from leaves of Populus deltoides cl.Nankang with 9 differentiation media,4 multiplication media and 6 rooting media. The effect of hormone concentration was also studied. The results indicated that the best differentiation media was MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 + KT 0.1 mg·L-1; the best multiplication media was MS + 6-BA 1.2 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.3 mg·L-1 + KT 0.1 mg·L-1; the best rooting media was 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.01 mg·L-1.
