| 摘 要： | 模式生物在遗传学发展中具有十分重要的作用,在高校本科遗传学教学中必须重视模式生物的应用。介绍了大肠杆菌、酿酒酵母、秀丽隐杆线虫、黑腹果蝇、拟南芥、小鼠等重要的模式生物,并探讨了在遗传学理论教学和实验教学中开展模式生物教学的方式。

| Abstract: | Model organisms are very important to genetics development,so it is necessary to pay attention to application of model organisms in genetics course.the main model organisms,including Escherichia coli,Sacharomyces cerevisiae,Caenorhabditis elegans,Drosophilam elanogaster,Arabidopsis thaniana and Mus musculus,were presented,and the pathways and methods for developing model organisms in genetics course were discussed. |
