硒对大豆根系活力的影响

摘    要:通过大豆补硒栽培试验,研究了土壤质地对硒与大豆根系活力关系的影响,以及不同生育时期硒对大豆根系活力的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度硒处理能促进大豆根系的生长发育,在0~1mg/kg硒处理浓度范围内,大豆的根系活力随着硒浓度的增加而增强,超过1mg/kg则反向变化,但是粘壤和砂壤之间有一定的差别。粘壤中栽培的大豆根系活力的变化趋势在不同的生长时期也存在差异。苗期,根系活力随着硒浓度的变化,呈现出先增加后下降的趋势;花期,在试验设计的硒浓度范围内,根系活力一直与之呈正相关。

Abstract:Through planting soybean in soil added with different Se concentration, the effect of soil texture on the relationship between Se and root activity of soybean, and the change rule for the effect of Se on the root activity were studied in different growth stages. The result indicated that proper Se concentration can improve the growth and development of soybean root system. Within the range of 0-1 mg/kg Se concentration, the root activity increase with Se concentration increasing, but beyond 1mg/kg, the root system intend to descend. There is some difference between viscous soil and sand soil. The chang trend of root activity has some difference in different growth stages. In seedling stage, the root activity increase at first and then descend with the Se concentration increasing. In flowering stage, the root activity is always positive correlated with Se concentration.
