| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国烟草产业的迅速发展,烟叶贮藏的规模和数量越来越大,贮藏时间也相应延长,而烟叶在贮藏过程中极易滋生各种微生物而发生霉变,造成重大经济损失.本文综述了烟叶贮藏期霉变原因、霉菌种类以及防霉措施,并对该领域中存在的问题进行了探讨.
