AK-10小汽油启动机点火错位纠正方案设计

为解决AK-10小汽油启动机点火错位不能启动的问题,依据该汽油机点火系的结构特点设计了点火错位纠正方案。采用将磁电机离心式自动调节器重块改换成联结板,将传动爪错位安装等办法,使发动机能顺利启动,较理想的纠正了发动机点火错位。该方案纠正点火时刻简单、易行、方便、可靠,可供修理纠正AK-10小汽油启动机点火错位时采用。

Correcting Unpunctual Ignition of AK-10 Gasoline Engine

AK-10 gasoline engines couldn't start perfectly due to inaccurate timing of the sparks,a design solution was developed to solve the problem according to constructional feature of the start-ignition system in this study:automatic centrifugal regulator of magneto was replaced by connecting plate and driving pawl was adjusted.The result shows the design solution adjusts the timing of the sparks successfully and the engine could start easily.The solution could be widely used in start-ignition system for AK-10 gasoline engines to correct the inaccurate timing of the sparks because of the easy reliable and simple operation.
