摘    要:洋虫是1种新型的饲用昆虫,实验研究了洋虫人工饲料麦麸、玉米粉、小麦粉和豆粉及其配方对洋虫幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明:5种饲料配方饲喂洋虫,对洋虫幼虫的存活率影响不显著。对幼虫增重、蜗重和化蜗率存在显著差异。其中,用豆粉作为洋虫幼虫的饲料,幼虫增重快,化蛹率高,蛹重重;用小麦粉饲养的洋虫幼虫各项指标均接近于豆粉饲养的幼虫,其次为麦麸,用玉米粉饲养的效果呈明显弱势。综合经济成本来考虑,建议洋虫的人工饲料取小麦粉和麦麸为主,混配少量的豆粉及微量的Vb和复合Vc为好。

Abstract:The larvae of Palembus dermestoides,a new-type forage insect,were reared on five kinds of artificial feed that contained different primary components(wheat bran,corn meal,wheat meal,soybean meal and their mixture) to study the effects of the feed on their growth and development.No significant difference was observed among the 5 treatments in the survival of the larvae.However,the differences in weight gain,pupation rate and pupa weight were significant statistically.The treatment of soybean meal gave the highest weight gain rate,pupation rate and pupa weight,followed by wheat meal and wheat bran.The performance of the larvae fed with corn meal was the poorest.Based on an integrated consideration of the effects of the feeds and their cost,a compound feed is recommended that contains wheat meal and bran as the primary components,combined with some soybean meal and a trace amount of vitamin B and vitamin C.
