土地整理项目环境影响评价——以丹江口市土地整理项目为例

不适当的土地整理方式、方法和技术措施,会对农田生态环境产生负面影响,导致环境质量下降。研究土地整理项目对环境的影响,对于在可行性研究阶段为项目决策提供支持,避免重大环境问题具有十分重要的意义。本文结合湖北丹江口青塘河流域土地整理项目实例,将环境影响评价的方法用于项目的环境影响评价并对结果进行分析,从而有效地将对环境的不利影响减少到最低程度,具有现实的指导意义。

Environment Impact Assessment for the Land Arrangement Project——Land Arrangement Project of Danjiangkou City

Unsuitable model,method or technical measures of land arrangement will bring the negative impact to the eco-environment of the farmland,that result in the decline of the environment quality.Research on the impact to the environment by land arrangement project enjoys the significance on the aspect of supporting to the project decision at the feasible study stage,so as to avoid the major environment problems of the land arrangement projects.Taking as the example the Qingtang River Watershed Land Arrangement Project of Danjiangkou City of Hubei Province,the essay used the method into the environment impact assessment,and analyzed the result,so as to provide the guidance to the effectively reduction of the negative impact on the environment down to the lowest degree.
