太空诱变玉米雄性不育突变体的遗传分析

摘    要:从卫星搭载的玉米自交系鲁原3624自交后代中选育出1份雄性不育突变体。通过田间观察和室内花粉镜检对其育性进行鉴定,并在不同生态条件下鉴定了不育性状的遗传稳定性,另通过测交、正反交、回交以及自交对不育性状的遗传特性进行了分析。结果表明:该不育突变材料雄穗无任何花药外露,花药内基本无可染花粉粒,且在不同生态条件下均能稳定遗传,属于隐性单基因控制的细胞核雄性不育类型。

Abstract:One maize male sterile mutant was obtained from the offspring of the inbred line Luyuang 3624,which was carried into space by the satellite.The fertility was examined through field observation and indoor pollen microscopic examination.The stability of male sterile expression was observed in different ecological conditions.In order to analyze the genetic characteristics of male sterility,testcross,reciprocal,backcross and self cross were made.The results showed that the male sterile mutant had tassel without any anthers exserted and no basically dyeable pollen grains in the anther.The male sterility controlled by a single nuclear recessive gene was stable in different ecological conditions,and was inheritable from generation to generation.
