一株促生拮抗木霉菌的鉴定

摘    要:从采集的植物根际土壤中分离到一株对黄瓜具有拮抗作用的木霉菌LT19,该菌能够促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,并具有溶磷、产嗜铁素、IAA及ACC脱氨酶的能力,显示了该菌在防治作物病害以及促进作物生长方面潜在的应用价值。根据形态特征与ITS序列分析,将其鉴定为棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)。

Abstract:A strain of Trichoderma spp. LT19 was isolated from soil in Shandong Province, which showed a broad inhibition spectrum against various soil -borne plant phytopathogenic fungi. It also exhibited some plant growth - promoting attributes such as phosphate solubilization, indol - 3 - acetic (IAA) productivi- ty, 1 - aminocyclopropane - 1 - carboxylate The pot experiments showed that inoculation (ACC) deaminase activity and siderophore (S) synthesis ability. with the strain could increase the biomass of cucumber Based on its morphology and ITS gene sequences, the strain LT19 was identified seedlings as Trichoderma asperellum.
