山东食用菌产业组织模式比较及选择

摘    要:随着食用菌产业的发展,各地在实践过程中探索出了产业链条延伸的一体化模式、高投入高产出的集约型工厂化模式、注重技术创新和推广的"宝塔蜂窝煤模式"、环境友好型循环农业模式以及相关企业集聚型的园区模式,这些模式各有其特点及其适用性。山东是食用菌生产大省,在食用菌产业发展过程中,应优先发展一体化组织模式,在经济发展水平较高的地区推进园区和工厂化模式,在农业和畜牧业基础好的地区发展循环农业模式。

Abstract:With the development of edible mushroom industry,various industrial organization modes have come into being in the process of practice in different places,including integration mode,which features the extension of industry chain;intensive factory mode,which features high input and high output;pagoda-honeycomb briquette mode,which highlights technology innovation and popularization;environmental friendly circular agriculture mode and park mode with intensive enterprises.Different modes have respective features and usability.Shandong as one of the main provinces producing edible mushroom,should prioritise the development of integration organization mode,introduce intensive factory mode and park mode to places with higher economic development level,and develop circular agriculture mode in places with better developing base in agriculture and livestock.
