偏心出粮时作用在模拟粮仓壁上的侧压力

偏心出粮时,作用在粮仓上的侧压力增加,常是导致粮仓倒塌的主要原因。本文通过实验,报告了从一个模拟粮仓的三个不同位置的出粮孔出粮时,仓壁所受压力的变化。观察到出粮孔位置不同,产生的侧压力也不同。离出粮孔近侧仓壁受到的压力大于远侧的压力:偏心越大,压力越大。同时还观察到模拟仓一端为自由端时,其静态压力曲线与Janssen公式曲线并不相拟。

LATERAL PRESSURE CHANGES ON A MODEL GRAIN BIN DURING ECCENTRIC UNLOADING

Increases in pressures during emptying of grain bins especially with eccentric unloading are usually responsible for bins' collapse. This paper reported lateral pressure changes on a model grain bin for three orifices which were located at different positions. It was observed that lateral pressures on the bin varied as a function of the position of the orifice. Emptying grain against one side wall caused the pressure greater on that side of the bin than that on the opposite side; the higher load was at the larger eccentric position; in addition, the lateral pressure curve did not follow the Janssen equation curve for a bin with one free end at the static condition.
