| Abstract: | In the article,some problems in the methodology of the pharmacological testing method using serum with Chinese herbal medicine,such as animal choice, times of pouring stomach and its intervals, dosage, collection of medicated serum and inactivation, etc, were discussed. The application of the method was also described. |
