摘    要:目的]预测西门塔尔杂交牛(西杂牛)与不同品种牛之间的杂种优势。方法]以西杂牛为母本,利木赞牛、红安格斯牛、夏洛莱牛、德国黄牛为父本,利用微卫星标记对不同牛种间的遗传距离进行分析,并预测杂种优势。结果]西杂牛与德国黄牛的遗传距离最大,为1.2598,其次是利木赞牛(1.0546)、红安格斯牛(0.8867)和夏洛莱牛(0.5997)。结论]西杂牛与其他品种牛之间的杂种优势依次为德国黄牛〉利木赞牛〉红安格斯牛〉夏洛莱牛。

Heterosis Prediction of Simmental Cross Cattle with Other Different Beef Breeds

Abstract:Objective] To predict the heterosis between Simmental cross cattle and other different beef breeds.Method] Simmental cross cattle was chosen as female parent,Limousin cattle,Red Angus cattle,Charolais cattle and Gelbvieh cattle were chosen as male parent.The genetic distance and heterosis were studied by microsatellite marker in different beef breeds.Result] The genetic distances order of between Simmental cross cattle with other different beef breeds was Gelbvieh cattle(1.259 8),Limousin cattle(1.054 6),Red Angus cattle(0.886 7),and Charolais cattle(0.599 7).Conclusion] The order of heterosis between simmental cross cattle and other beef breeds was Gelbvieh cattle,Limousin cattle,Red Angus cattle and Charolais cattle.
