基于虚拟仪器的温室光控系统的设计

摘    要:利用光照度传感器、LabVIEW软件程序以及控制元件设计了温室光控系统。该系统主要由两大部分组成:一部分是检测部分,主要由传感器和计算机及软件程序组成。传感器检测温室内外的光照度,计算机首先对传感器采集的数据进行预处理,然后对温室内种植物所需的光照度进行了分析判断。另一部分是电气控制部分,主要由一些开关、按钮、继电器、接触器等元器件组成。电气控制部分可以直接由计算机实现控制,控制信号由控制软件根据检测部分的分析结果产生。电气部分也可以由操作人员操作相关控件来实现控制。试验证明,该系统操作灵活简单,能够实现对温室光照度的准确控制。

Abstract:By some light sensors and control elements,the system,which controls the intensity of light in greenhouse,has been designed in LabVIEW that is a graphic program language.This system controlling light is composed of two parts.The first part,which is to measure the intensity of light,includes sense organs and a computer.This part not only can measure the intensity of light in a greenhouse by some light sensors,but also can analyze and judge of the intensity of light that the growing crops require.The second part,which is electric control,is composed of some relays,AC contactors,switches and buttons,etc.The second part can be controlled by the computer on the base of the outcome measured by the first part.And it also can be directly operated and controlled by managers.As a result,the intensity of light can be adjusted accurately in the greenhouse and the operation on the system is simple and convenient.
