青饲料贮存工艺及草捆打包机的设计

摘    要:在简述青饲料贮存原理和工艺过程的基础上,提出了青饲料打包贮存的设计要求,同时阐述了青饲料草捆打包机的结构组成和工作过程,并对该机的主要工作部件进行了设计,确定了其主要技术参数,作为青饲料打包机的设计依据。该机的设计提高了饲草使用的可靠性和利用率,对促进畜牧业的持续稳定发展不仅有现实的经济意义,而且有长远的社会效益和生态效应。

Abstract:According to the introduction of the succulence fodder storage principle and process engineering,this paper puts forward the design requirements of packing succulence fodder storage,and introduces the structure and working process of the succulence fodder bale packer.Also it have designed some main working parts of this machine,confirmed its main parameters.And the parameters can become the design basis of the packer succulence fodder.The design of this machine can improve the reliability and utilization of the forage.More important is that it will promote sustainable and stable development of animal husbandry.It not only has the real economic significance,but also has Long-term social benefits and ecological effect.
