采棉机采摘滚筒运动规律的研究

针对我国采棉机的发展现状,着重对水平摘锭式采棉机的采摘原理及运动规律进行研究,建立运动仿真整体模型;在运动仿真模块中得到导向槽轮廓线,提取轮廓线数据;在Matlab的基础上对所提取的数据进行处理,应用其得出的函数表达式在三维建模软件中进行重建。在运动仿真模块中,得出水平摘锭在整个采摘运动过程中的位移、速度和加速度曲线波动图,并对其进行探讨分析,为研究采摘滚筒水平摘锭采摘运动规律提供有益的参考。

Research Law of Motion in the Pick Roller of Cotton picker

For the development of China’s cotton picker,this paper focuses on researching the level of spindle-type co tton picker’s principle and the law of motion.It established overall model of motion simulation and got the contour in the motion simulation module,then extract the line data and make data processing on the basis of the Matlab,making reconstruction in the three-dimensional modeling software through applying function expression derived from Matlab.In the motion simulation module,getting the displacement,velocity and acceleration curve charts and discussing their analysis,so as to provide the well-reference value for research law of motion in the pick roller of cotton picker.
