500型空气源热泵式孵化机冷凝器设计与孵化试验

摘    要:针对传统电加热孵化机存在的耗电量较大、成本较高且对环璄不友善等问题,介绍了自主研发的新型节能空气源热泵式孵化机。其中,重点介绍了空气源热泵式孵化机冷凝器的设计,并通过孵化实验分析空气源热泵式孵化机的孵化性能。孵化过程结果显示,幼雏键雏率可达97%以上,孵化率约为90%。该类型孵化机不受时间、气候、地理等条件影响,具有高效、节能和环保等优点。

Abstract:Based on the disadvantages with traditional electric heating incubator,such as higher cost,larger power consumption,environment-unfriendly and so on.The new energy-efficient air source heat pump incubator researched and developed by author was briefly described in this paper,its energy-saving effect was briefly analyzed as well.The design of condenser in air source heat pump incubator was mainly introduced.Several incubation experiments were carried out in order to evaluate the performance of air source heat pump incubator,and the results of experiments showed that the rate of young poultry in health is above 97% and the hatchability is about 90%.This type incubator breaks the influence of time,climate and geography condition to the common energy-saving incubator,the incubator is characterized by high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection etc.
