摘    要:针对旋耕机弯刀曲面复杂、建模困难的问题,提出了基于样品的逆向反求建模方法。运用非接触式激光三角法采集了T系列Ⅰ型旋耕弯刀原始数据,通过点云数据降噪、精简和网格化进行数据处理。针对不同位置,采用不同方法提取了特征曲线,并进行曲面重构,通过缝合各个重构曲面和刀柄修补最终完成了旋耕机弯刀三维实体模型的建立。

Abstract:To the question of rotary cultivator bent blade surface complexity and modeling difficulty,the modeling method based on reverse engineering were proposed.The raw data of T series Ⅰ type bent blade were collected by non-contact laser triangulation.Through the point cloud data noise reduction,lean and grids,the data were processed.Aimed at different position,different methods wrere used to extract the characteristic curve and surface reconstruction.Eventually,through suturing every surface and mending the grip,the three-dimensional entity model of rotary cultivator bent blade were established.
