氢内燃机起动性能及排放影响的试验研究

摘    要:与汽油相比,氢气具有更为宽泛的着火界限,这使得氢内燃机起动相对容易;但不同的燃空比控制方式对氢内燃机起动和排放特性的影响规律值得深入研究。为此,以1台4缸2.0L的氢内燃机为研究对象,使用不同的燃空比控制方式对当量燃空比为0.2~0.6的氢气—空气混合气进行起动试验。试验结果表明:增大循环喷氢量的"质调节"方式可以有效地缩短起动时间,但NOx排放量会随之显著增加;增大节气门开度、提高空气进气量能够降低泵气损失并提高容积效率,从而在一定程度上缩短起动时间,此时NOx排放量也会有少量增加。

Abstract:One of the most attractive combustive features for hydrogen fuel is its wide range of flammability.This leads to fairly easy to get an engine start.It is worthy to study the method of control fuel air ratio on engine start performance and emission of hydrogen internal combustion engine(HICE).The start experimental research was carried out with equivalent fuel air ratio 0.2-0.6 on a 4 cylinder,2.0L HICE.The experimental results showed that: the start-up time decreases with increases of fuel flow for qualitative control;however the NOx emissions will increase significantly;increaseing throttle value,the air flow will increase that reduces pumping losses and increases volumetric efficiency,consequently decreases the start-up time to a certain extent,NOx emissions will increase in a small.
