番茄收获机果秧分离装置液压系统能耗分析

摘    要:为降低4FZ-30型自走式番茄收获机果秧分离装置液压系统能耗,对番茄收获机果秧分离装置现有的液压系统功率特性进行了研究,分析了影响液压系统能耗的主要因素,并提出了相应的节能措施,使该装置的液压系统在满足生产要求的同时保证了液压源与负载特性相适应,实现了系统节能与可靠性要求。理论分析与实际工作状况表明:利用压力补偿型比例流量阀与相应的节能措施,使负载与系统性能得到了匹配,达到节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:In order to reduce the energy consumption of the 4FZ-30 self-propelled tomato harvester separation device’s hydraulic system,this thesis analyzed the power behaviors and the main factors influencing the energy consumption of the hydraulic system,and puts forward some corresponding measures for saving energy.The corresponding measures make the hydraulic system matched to the work,also ensures the adaptation of the hydraulic source and load characteristics,and realizes the energy-saving and reliability of the system.Theoretical analysis and actual working conditions indicate that if the energy conservation measures and the pressure compensated proportional flow control valve were used,the load and system performance will be matched,the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption will be achieved.
