1GMMZ-280/4型垄作组合式灭茬旋耕整地机

为了解决寒地垄作(主要是玉米)区保护性耕作的残茬处理问题,在研究分析传统联合整地机的基础上,研制出垄作组合式灭茬苗带旋耕整地机。该机具由减速箱总成(主副变速箱)、机架总成、旋耕刀轴左(右)总成、灭茬刀轴左(右)总成、旋耕刀、灭茬刀、整形器、镇压器总成和限深地轮总成等装置组成。其一次作业能够完成垄上灭茬、旋耕、起垄和镇压等多项作业,使田面状况达到待播状态。田间试验表明:1GMMZ-280/4型垄作组合式灭茬、旋耕整地机的整地保墒效果明显好于多次耕整地方式。

The Development of 1GMMZ-280/4 Type Ridge Culture Combined-type Stubble Ploughing, Spin Tillage Soil Preparation Machine

In order to solve cold to ridge culture(mainly for the corn) the area of protective cultivation residues,research and analysis to deal with problems in traditional joint soil preparation machine is developed on the basis of ridge culture combined-type stubble ploughing,seedlings cultivated soil preparation machine with spin.This equipment by the reducer assembly(the Lord,deputy gearbox),frame assembly,screw knife shaft farming,the left(right) assembly,stubble ploughing knife shaft left(right) assembly,screw knife,stubble ploughing plow knife,plastic device,the assembly,be restricted to crackdown on deep land wheel assembly device component.The equipment to be able to complete a homework on the ridge stubble ploughing,rotary plow,ridging,suppress and so on many operations,and the surface status to broadcast to field state.Through the field experiment shows that: 1GMMZ-280/4 type ridge culture combined-type stubble ploughing,spin machine of conservation tillage soil preparation site preparation for obvious effects in repeated tillage soil preparation good way.
