秸秆压块设备的设计研究

摘    要:近年来,农作物秸秆资源的合理利用受到世界各国的普遍关注,并逐渐成为发展可持续农业的重要方面。为此,针对秸秆资源的利用问题,简单介绍了生物质秸秆固化成型的一些理论研究以及发展秸秆压块的意义;以秸秆压块机的设计为主,确定了秸秆压块机的整体设计方案;对压缩系统中的主轴、环模和压辊进行受力分析,并对其主要参数进行设计。秸秆压块设备的设计成功可以大大地减少秸秆在资源利用中的浪费,推进农业可持续发展的进程。

Abstract:In recent years crops straw resource to reasonable use cause the universal attention of the world countries,and gradually become an important aspect of the sustainable development of agriculture.For straw in the use of resources,this paper briefly introduced some theory research of biomass straw curing and the significance of the development of straw pressure.With priority design of straw(feed) press block machine,overall design scheme of straw press block machine is ensured.Making force analysis for main spindle,ring die and pressure roller in the compression system,and making main parameters designs of them.the success for the design of Straw pressure piece of equipment can greatly reduce the straw in the utilization of waste in resources,and promote the sustainable development of agriculture in the process.
