香蕉假茎切割过程中的力学特性试验研究

摘    要:香蕉假茎的轴向、径向结构组织不同,必然表现出不同的力学特性,因此有必要进行香蕉假茎力学特性的试验研究,以便为香蕉假茎切块还田机具的设计以及作业提供参考依据。为此,根据香蕉假茎的物料特性,选取香蕉假茎对圆盘锯的作用力来作为香蕉假茎力学特性的试验研究内容。试验结果表明,利用圆盘锯切割香蕉假茎比较省力,且香蕉假茎的轴向切割比径向切割力小。

Abstract:The axial and radial structure of banana cauloid is different,Should exhibit different mechanics characteristics.In order to provide the reference for design and experiment on the machine of banana cauloid dicing and recycling,it is necessary to carry out the mechanics characteristics experimental research.According to the material characteristics of banana cauloid,selection the force which banana cauloid to disc saw as the experimental research.The test result indicates that the use of circular saw cutting has a smaller power,and banana cauloid axial cutting is also smaller power than radial cutting.
