摘    要:在中小型柴油机混合气形成过程中,燃油喷雾碰壁和空气运动的相互作用对柴油机的燃烧以及排放有重要影响。为此,利用自制的喷雾碰壁试验台对油束撞击壁面的雾化情况进行了可视化研究。结果表明,随着喷油压力和壁面温度的提高,喷雾碰壁雾化效果进一步加强;随着碰壁距离的增加,油束撞击壁面后扩散体积减小;随着壁面倾角的增大,雾注上游半径减小、下游半径增大,卷吸高度则变化较小,整体扩散体积略有增加。

Abstract:In the middle and small scale diesel engine,the interaction between the spray wall-impingement and air motion plays a fundamental role on the mixture formation process,it also greatly influences the combustion process and the exhaust emissions.This article uses self-made test platform which is used for spray wall-impingement simultaneous recording the wall-impingement phenomenon,the results show that with the improvement of injection pressure and surface temperature of the wall,wall spray atomization effect further strengthen;with the increase of impingement distance,volume of after diffusion reduced;with impingement angle increases,the radius of upstream of impingement spray reduced,downstream of the spray radius is small changes,overall volume of spray increases slightly.
