智能播种监视系统的研制及产品化设计

摘    要:介绍了一种与大型宽幅高速气吸式精量播种机配套使用的智能播种监视系统。该系统采用红外反射式的检测原理来感知种子的下落,创新性地采取了主从分布式的系统结构设计,即主机和显示终端分别内置一套单片机系统,设有语音提示系统,可自动播报工况及故障信息,配备LCD背光的高亮度触摸液晶模块,智能化自适应检测软件。此外,还对该系统在产品化设计时遇到的问题及解决方案进行了探讨。

Abstract:Sophisticated planter a large wide-format high-speed gas suction supporting the use of intelligent seeding surveillance system.The system uses infrared reflective detection principle to perceive the seeds of the whereabouts of a creative way to take the main from the distributed system architecture design,host and display terminal equipped with an SCM system,with the voice prompt system can automatically broadcast conditions and fault information,with a high brightness of the LCD backlight,touch the LCD module,intelligent adaptive detection software.In addition,also the system in the product design problems encountered and solutions were discussed
