变速器设计专家系统开发与应用研究

Developing and Application of Transmission Design Expert System

The method of developing transmission design expert system by the mean of MATLAB programming language is introduced.It is discussed the establishment of expert system knowledge base,input-output interface,material database and parameter database.In the part of the knowledge base,such as modeling of transmission design calculation,building of material database and parameter database are expounded.The input-output interface is built with MATLAB graphical user interface technology,which is good at organizing knowledge,so ensure the consistency and rationality between input-output interface and knowledge base.Furthermore,the input-output interface makes the communication between the subsystems more convenience.Finally,with the help of expert system,a(4 + 1) gears tractor transmission is designed,the result shows that the transmission expert system can shorten transmission design calculating time and improve the calculation precision,the desired goal is achieved.
