前悬挂割草机升降机构设计及运动学仿真

摘    要:研究设计了一种前悬挂旋转割草机,选定传动与升降机构结合的组合机构作为前悬挂割草机的升降系统。利用虚拟样机技术,建立了前悬挂割草机升降系统三维模型,应用ADAMS软件对虚拟样机进行了运动学仿真,这样可以显著加快设计进度,大大缩短了设计周期。

Abstract:Research and design of a front mounted rotary mower,the selected transmission and lifting mechanism of combination mechanism as the front suspension lifting system.The application of virtual prototype technology,to establish a front suspension lifting system of three-dimensional model,using ADAMS software for the virtual prototype of kinematics simulation,you can significantly speed up the design process,greatly shorten the design cycle.
