摘    要:首先,介绍了4LZ-3.0型自走式辣椒收获机的结构特点、工作原理和试制试验概况;其次,重点对采摘滚筒、清选装置与补摘机构等几个关键部件(零件)的设计原理、结构特点、三维造型和整机初步试验情况进行了论述。田间试验试验结果表明,该机采摘率为99.15%,总损失率5.15%,破损率为3.22%,主要性能指标达到或超过了设计要求。

Abstract:The structural features,working principle and field experiment of the self-propelled 4LZ-3.0chili pepper harvester,which its type is 4LZ-3.0,are illustrated in the article.Design principle,structural features,Solid Modeling of the picking roller,cleaning apparatus,after picking device and other key parts are introduced.the field experiment is conducted by the whole prototype chili pepper harvester.field tests demonstrate that the recovery rate is 99.15%,the lost rate is 5.15%,and percentage of damaged seed is 3.22%.The main performance index attained the design requirement
