自走式农田清平机测控系统研究

摘    要:研究自走式农田清平机测控系统硬软件组成、控制方式及在线测控原理。系统采用激光发射器与倾角传感器作为基准信号源,并形成基准平面;激光信号与倾角信号经时间段封闭处理,避免同时调整时相互干扰;测控系统使清平部件实时平行于基准平面,并在该平面内保持水平。

Abstract:Research the software and hardware composing,control mode and on-line control and measurement theory.The system adopts the laser emitter and incidence sensor as the datum signal to form the datum plane.The separate time treatment avoids simultaneously adjusting the laser and inclination signal to each other interfere.The control and measurement system realizes the cleaning and flatting part to work on the plane that parallels with the datum plane.At the same time the working part must level in the datum plane.
