广西农业现代化发展水平与对策研究

在正确理解农业现代化内涵的基础上,系统地对广西农业现代化发展水平进行测定。从纵向方面分析广西1999-2009年农业现代化水平的发展趋势;从横向方面比较2009年广西农业现代化建设与西部和全国平均水平之间的差距。结果表明:广西农业现代化建设还处于初步发展阶段,最大的优势在于农业可持续发展潜力大,同时也存在农业投入水平低、投入要素结构不合理及农村社会发展水平低等问题。最后,根据评价的结果并结合广西实际,提出了促进广西农业现代化建设的若干建议。

Research on the Level of Agricultural Modernization and Countermeasure in Guangxi

Based on correct understanding of the connotation of agricultural modernization,analyze the level of agricultu ral modernization in Guangxi.Not only analyze the development trend of agricultural modernization from 1999-2009 from the longitudinal aspect,but also compare with western and the national average in 2009 from the horizontal.The results show that,the lever of agricultural modernization in Guangxi is in the initial stage,and the sustainable development of agriculture has great potential,but there also exist some problems,such as the low level of agricultural investment,the low level of rural social development,and so on.Finally,promote some suggestions to promote agriculture modernization according to the results of the evaluation and the reality of Guangxi.
