摘    要:研究轮胎变形对轮胎的设计制造和使用有重要的作用。为此,针对拖拉机常用的7.50-16 6PR斜交轮胎进行静载试验,对轮胎变形与气压和载荷之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:一定气压下,轮胎变形与载荷存在线性关系;一定载荷下,轮胎变形与气压存在对数关系。利用多元线性回归方法建立了预测轮胎变形的数学模型,为减小轮胎滚动阻力、提高车辆附着性能提供了参考。

Abstract:The study of tire deformation has an important role in designing,manufacturing and using the tire.Static load test of 7.50-16 6PR bias tire which was commonly used for tractor was used to researching the relation about the tire deformation,pressure and load.It was indicated that a linear relationship exists between tire deformation and load under certain pressure,and a logarithmic relationship exists between tire deformation and pressure under certain load.According to the tire deformation test,a mathematical model was established by means of multiple regression to predict tire deformation and a reference was provided to reduce rolling resistance of the tire and improve attachment of the vehicle.
