摘    要:对近年来玉米耐盐机理的研究进展作了概述,论述了盐胁迫对玉米生长的影响、玉米对盐胁迫的生理响应及抗盐策略,从渗透调节、拒盐和离子选择性吸收、清除活性氧和激素调节4个方面综述了玉米在盐胁迫下的生理响应机制,对玉米耐盐研究的意义和前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The advances in three aspects of maize salt tolerance were discussed in this paper, including the effects of salt stress, physiological and biochemical mechanisms on salt tolerance and strategies of salt resistance development in maize. Among them osmoregulation, reject salt and selective absorption of ions, eliminate reactive oxygen species and phytohormone regulation were especially summarized about their roles on adaptation to salt stress in maize. At last, the significance and suggestions for the research were provided.
