| 摘 要： | 重大事项督导工作是一项突出重点、统领全局的工作,对促进科研院所重大决策、重大部署和重点项目等有效落实,加快科研院所发展目标实现具有十分重要的战略意义。本文主要以中国热带农业科学院开展重大事业督导工作为例,对科研院所重大事项督导机制进行探讨、研究,并就加强重大事项督导工作提出了建设性意见。
