| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业数量占企业总数的99.8%,解决中小企业的高污染、高消耗和依靠资源问题,对我国低碳经济的发展具有举足轻重的作用。中小企业发展低碳经济主要障碍是企业规模小、技术薄弱和融资困难。采取的主要策略是:加快企业转型,调整产业结构,大力发展高新技术产业;实施兼并重组,实现优势互补;加大资源回收力度,减少资源浪费;加大政策扶持力度,拓展融资渠道。

| Abstract: | The number percentage of small and medium-sized enterprises was about 99.8% of total enterprise.Resolving the high pollution,high energy consumption and resource-dependent problems in small and medium-sized enterprises was important for developing low carbon economy in China.The main obstacles for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop low carbon economy were small enterprise size,lack of technology and financing difficulty.According to those questions,the principle strategies proposed were as below: to accelerate enterprise transformation by adjusting industry structure and developing high-tech industry,to actualize merger and reorganization of enterprise to realize mutual compensation of advantages,to enhance the resource recovery and reduce waste,to increase the policy support for developing financing channels. |
