摘    要:本研究采用Hoagland营养液水培方法,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理下玉米幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白含量的变化规律。结果发现,随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,玉米幼苗叶片中的SOD活性、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势;可溶性蛋白含量随着盐浓度的升高逐渐增加后又慢慢降低。脯氨酸含量、MDA、可溶性蛋白含量及SOD活性可以作为鉴定玉米耐盐性的生理指标。

Abstract:In this study,Hoagland solution culture method was applied to investigate the dynamic of several physical and biochemical indexes,such as the content of proline,soluble proteins and MDA in the leaves of corn seedlings under different NaCl stress pressure.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the SOD activity,the proline content and MDA content increased gradually,and the soluble protein content increased firstly,then decreased slowly.The contents of MDA,proline,soluble proteins and SOD activities can be taken as the physiologic index of resistance to salt stress of corn.
